The Beach Boys will bring their 50th Anniversary Tour to Summerfest July 1.

The Beach Boys join Summerfest's Marcus Amphitheater lineup

Milwaukee World Festival has announced The Beach Boys will headline the Marcus Amphitheater Sunday, July 1 at 7:30 p.m.

The legendary group will perform at Summerfest as part of their global 50th Anniversary Tour. They join already-announced headlining acts Zac Brown Band, Lady Antebellum and Neil Diamond on the Summerfest 2012 lineup.

Tickets go on sale Saturday, Feb. 25 at 10 a.m. at the Marcus Amphitheater box office, Ticketmaster ticket centers, Walmart stores, online at Ticketmaster.com and by phone at (800) 745-3000, or (866) 448-7849 for the "Ticketmaster Express" automated phone line.
